This document sets out how twigly.com will process any personal data we collect from you. We do not use cookies.
We make every effort to protect your privacy by adopting a consistently high level of site security aligned with strict company policies on how we store and use personal information and complying with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (2016).

This policy does not apply to third-party online resources to which Twigly Technologies Ltd websites may link, where Twigly Technologies Ltd does not control the content or the privacy practices.

Users
As you use our platform, we collect information about your usage including but not limited to traffic data and location data.

Your personal data is stored in our databases and is only available to our technicians and selected authorised people on a password-protected basis. The data stored may be stored in “the cloud” which is limited to storage facilities within the European Union for data protection reasons. The data may be processed by our employees operating outside of the EEA who are GDPR-compliant. Such staff may be engaged in, amongst other things, the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or process. We will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely by us and our contractors and in accordance with this privacy policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Please do not share your password(s) with anyone.

We understand that the security of your information is important to you. We adhere to the highest standards of decency, fairness and integrity in our operations. We also take industry accepted security measures to protect your information as it travels the internet, and to make sure all information is as secure as possible against unauthorised access and use. We review our security measures regularly.

Twigly Technologies Ltd website DO NOT use cookies. We DO NOT track and keep a record of the pages you visit.
Your rights to your data
You have the right to make a written request to be informed whether or not we hold or process any of your personal information by contacting us via our contact form. Your request might cover the following:
- we provide you with details of your personal information that we hold, the purpose for which it is processed, the recipients of such information and how we protect your data
- that we rectify any errors in your personal information
- deletion of your personal information
Where local laws dictate, we will not use your personal information for marketing purposes, nor disclose your information to any third parties, unless we have your prior consent. You can prevent such use by letting us know through our contact form.
